Returns and Replacement Policy

Inksterprints does its best to deliver high-quality products. We work hard to make sure you get what you order. But sometimes, we may fail to fulfill your expectations, and sometimes situations aren’t by our side but, we’ll be happy to help out. Customer trust is a valuable asset, which Inksterprints is always happy to develop further. If you get a damaged or mistakenly designed product from Inksterprints, you can return it and have a fresh one in return.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it if the following conditions are met:
- It is within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Your product must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. Besides, it must be in the original packaging.
- Refund/replacement for products is subject to examination and review by the Inskterprints team.
- The shipping costs are non-refundable, so please keep this in mind when you place an order.
Valid Reasons for Returns and Replacement
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or incorrect or not as described.
- Size Mismatch (Returns and exchanges will only be made if we send you an order that is larger or smaller than what you ordered. If the size matches, there will be no refunds at all.)
- Color Mismatch or Wrong product sent.
- Incorrectly printed clothing. (Front/Back design mismatch, incorrect design, incorrect placement of design)
There can be no returns or refunds for custom items (as we can’t resell them), and cancellations cannot be accepted after payment has been made.
How to return:
Once we receive your item, we’ll conduct a quality check to ensure the reason to return is valid. Then you’ll be able to pick a replacement or get a refund for the product.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If you choose to return an item, Inksterprints will incur no further expense. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to us and safe delivery.
